FINANCIAL ECONOMICS CURRICULUM

The medium of instruction in the MSc Program in Financial Economics is English. The program has both non-thesis and thesis tracks. Those who are in non-thesis track must take six compulsory and four elective courses and complete a research project to graduate. In the thesis track, students are required to take four compulsory and three elective courses, complete non-credit seminar and research methods and ethics courses, and write a master’s thesis.

Students who do not have sufficient background in economics, business, statistics, or econometrics may be required to take up to three preparatory courses. Students will be informed which preparatory courses they should take during the admission interview.
