General Information on Double Major and Minor Programs
As the Department of Economics, we offer the opportunity for qualified students from all English-medium programs of the Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, Architecture, and Arts and Sciences to pursue a double major or a minor within our undergraduate program. Likewise, students of our Department may, provided they meet the necessary requirements, enroll in double major or minor programs offered by other departments of our University.
Students who successfully complete a double major program receive undergraduate diplomas in both fields of study. In the case of a minor program, students take a set of courses determined by the relevant department in addition to their major field of study, with the aim of gaining knowledge and expertise in another area. Upon completion, they are awarded an undergraduate diploma from their major program and a certificate from the minor program.
